Here it is! The Minted Christmas Card Giveaway!
Win a shopping spree of $225 on Minted this Christmas!
The details are at the end of this post...
I have some things to say about some things, so be advised -- I just wouldn't want you to lose your concentration...
Natasha loves paper, cards, and graphic design. She also hides a determined, spunky, savvy attitude beneath her sweet demeanor.

So it's no wonder that she does a million things at her job at Minted. I don't even know what her title is, but I can tell she keeps that place hopping. And she thought that you all might like this giveaway, because it's really fabulous.
If you go over to Minted, you will see not only that it's hip, fun, upscale, and has amazing attention to detail -- but that it's got a different, really clever idea as a business model for a card company. They run competitions among designers for their cards!
Anyway, while you are checking out all the amazing aspects of Minted, I just want to say a word about Christmas cards. Now, you know me. I'm pretty cheap and even the crafts I do involve a lot of thrifted stuff. I'm not a buying type of person, I don't spend money just for the heck of it. I'm sort of a tough sell on most things.
But every year I make a huge effort to send a Christmas card to those on my list (unless I've been completely overwhelmed by some event, and I am easily overwhelmed, and even then I send them out by Epiphany, or the Feast of the Baptism of the Lord, or Mardi Gras -- I do try to get them out...).
Even though, yes, it's an expense, I consider it well worth it. It would be one of the very last things I removed from my budget.
Here's the thing. When you're young, you might not treasure the people on your periphery as much as you should. Sure, you have your closest friends you talk to endlessly, and your favorite cousin...but maybe there are others you actually love but don't talk to that often.
As you get older, you start to realize that you do not want to let go of those people! But you get busy, they get busy, you mean to call, you mean to write, but the days and weeks go by and you don't.
Wouldn't it be great if at least once a year you sent them a greeting of some kind, and got them caught up on your events? Don't you love hearing from someone you sort of thought had given up on you, but didn't?
And further, wouldn't it be great if once a year there were an opportunity not only to greet those you love, but also send them a blessing? A real "God bless you this Christmas and New Year"?

So... Christmas is that day! Or season, rather. And now is probably the time to start thinking about how it will get done, and getting a nice photo of the whole family, before things get crazy.
It is worth it. I know, because I am mightily moved when I receive a Christmas card from someone I really only hear from once a year...and I love seeing the pictures.
Okay, so, without further eloquence, here you go.
The lucky winner will get a $225 spending spree on Minted Christmas cards! (They have Hanukkah cards and other holiday greetings as well, but I'm partial to the Christmas cards myself ;).
